Our biggest collaboration to date, we worked with Two Bikes to design and execute their new Chattanooga location.

For this project, we leveraged insights from a visit to their Knoxville location to develop a retail environment with improved operational efficiency for the staff and a more fluid customer experience. The service area benches take center stage in the floorplan. Designed for two employees to comfortably service two bikes at the time, the front bench also serves as the POS hub, P+A retail display, and a three-top community counter. Along the length of the front bench are shelves that can be fully extended to see everything in stock. It was important that tools and spare parts all had their own place and were highly visible. No lost parts.

This was a great project for us to deliver a thoughtfully designed and functionally built environment. At Two Bikes Chattanooga, every detail contributes to a space that's as nice to look at as it is practical. We loved being a part of this collaborative build that will be a fixture in the southside neighborhood.
